Last time I reviewed Things Utah was over a year ago. Read that bit here.
As it has been a custom on the blog, I attempt to review the spots I visit when traveling. Any suggestions of what I should give a chance to when in SLC?
Some of my contacts there have suggested a few newer places which I will try to visit and subsequently review. Since time is limited, I prefer recommendations in the realm of the local arts and cuisine.
Thank you.

Mazza. Two locations: 9th and 9th and Sugarhouse
The University of Utah museum of arts. But then I think you've got that covered.....
I have to say the Sbux on 4th South is a special location. I have yet to see a place where more regulars get together in one spot with such regularity.
Since culinary rec's were welcome, what about Trio's?
I will also find the name of this raw food joined that just opened in my area.
I think the U has a new exhibit going on too. Will check.

Banghok Thai up on Foothill.
Sage's. Even though you do list it as a favorite, it's super good still.
Oh, yes, Oasis.

The Salt Lake Public Library.
Koerperwelten 3 at the Leonardo.
Two Creek Cafe in the Avenues.
Sawadi Thai Restaurant on South Temple.
Michael said it already, but we've got the Body Worlds exhibit going on at the Leonardo at Library Square right now. I haven't seen this one yet, but the one in Vegas was very cool.
As for food:
Oasis Cafe - 500 E between 200 & 100 S
Caffee Niche - 800 E 300 S (only serves dinner Fri & Sat, Brunch Sundays, Lunch during the week. Everything is amazing.)
Bambara - Main Street 300 S (pricey but excellent)
Bohemian Brewery - 7200 S. 94 E. (off State Street in Midvale) - Featuring my favorite beer in America, the Cherny Bock, and an excellent Goulash.
Thanks, Sra. Caffee Niche is added to the list.
Liam also suggested a place called settebello.
I will do my utmost to cover most of these spots as I go appt to appt. There seems to be quite a few new ones since I left back in 2006.
Thank you all!
And also, my new favorite coffee and tea shop in Salt Lake is the Coffee Connection on State Street and 1588 S. near Piper Down and SLCC. The Blueberry Rooibos tea is awesome, and the atmosphere is very cozy.
There is also a relatively new place called Elizabeth's Bakery & Tea Shop next to the London Market across from Trolley Square. They make tasty pastries, pot pies, sausage rolls, and other English delights.
