They are calling Anna Wintour, American Vogue's editor-in-chief, Worst Dressed Woman of 2008. Ouch, very ouch. I don't quite know how they quantify these things but I would have to concur with BB.
You know, I don't hate it. It's weird, and it kind of reminds me of the Fifth Element, but I think there are plenty of better options for "Worst Dressed" than this.
