And Madison, too. I think smaller urban areas with solid universities are conducive to good health. Plus, SLC is located in such a great area. The mountains are a good reminder of healthy living. To me, at least.
Did you work out more indoors or outdoors when you were here?
Nice photo. Where was it taken? Look at that climb! I think that areas that have great geography are bound to be more conducive to healthier living. It makes sense to me that places like SLC, Boulder, Aspen et al., would be full of healthy people.
This is in Northern Utah, oui?
In UT, the workout routine varied. I did much outdoors, obviously. A lot of outdoor sports as the nature almost forces you to be out. It's too beautiful to ignore.
Yes, the photo was taken in the ranges up in Cache Valley.
Workout playlist?
Was the climb timed?
HA! Couldn't resist.
I suppose it would have been timed if it were December and you were on the snowboard. :)
Any photos of the snow?
I like the photo. It mirrors reality, that's for sure.
Interesting to read about Madison. I bet the university population in WI has sth to do with that.
Makes me yearn for hiking season to come back around. I don't do snow sports, so I get a little seasonal depression in the winter around here.
By the way, what kind of outdoor sports are you practicing now?
By the way, I LOVE this pic! B. R. in action, y'all! :)
Let me take a guess, lifting in the winter?
